What is your Delivery Policy?

We take pride in making sure that the products we deliver are safe and secure. However, there are certain restrictions when it comes to where your product can be placed.

As a customer, you acknowledge that the risks associated with the delivery of products are significant and could cause injuries or damage to the property upon which they were ordered. This includes the potential collapse or sinking of a concrete pad or the damage caused by a tire on a roadway.

You also acknowledge that the delivery vehicle and product will be kept away from the site where it's supposed to be placed until the job is complete. We ask that you seek the advice of an expert to ensure that the delivery activities will not damage the site or personal injury of the individual who authorized the delivery.

By ordering from Ottawa Firewood, you agree to the limitations listed above and to hold harmless all of our owners, employees, and subcontractors.

When will my delivery arrive?

Expect your delivery within 3-4 days after placing your order, or on another date that you have specified. We will strive to deliver it sooner, but due to product availability and weather restrictions, we cannot guarantee it. You can track your order here.

Do I need to be home when it arrives?

We do not require you to be present at the time of delivery. If you would like to be home when the product arrives, please inform us in the comments section of your order.

If you choose not to be home during the delivery, please clearly specify drop instructions.

Please note: if you say “left side of the driveway”, that means the left side as we are looking at it from the road.

What is your Refund Policy?

Due to the possibility of contamination, there is no refund or exchange for bulk products. If the product ordered matches the item that was dropped, please inspect it before it is loaded and contact us if there are any issues.
